Managing Conversation History
Keep your conversations organized and easily accessible.
Viewing Past Conversations
Your conversation history appears in the sidebar, organized by:
- Recent - Most recently active conversations
- By Case - Conversations grouped by linked case
Deleting Conversations
To delete a conversation:
- Hover over the conversation in the sidebar
- Click the trash icon
- Confirm the deletion
Note: Deleted conversations cannot be recovered.
Exporting Conversations (Coming Soon)
Soon you'll be able to export conversations:
- Export to PDF for printing or sharing
- Export to Markdown for use in other tools
