Managing Conversation History

Keep your conversations organized and easily accessible.

Viewing Past Conversations​

Your conversation history appears in the sidebar with two view options:

  • Cases - View conversations grouped by case
  • All Chats - View all conversations in chronological order

Switch between views using the toggle at the top of the sidebar.

Linking Conversations to Cases​

You can attach or detach conversations from cases:

Attaching to a Case​

  1. Open the conversation
  2. Click the case selector dropdown
  3. Choose the case to link it to

Detaching from a Case​

  1. Open the conversation
  2. Click the case selector dropdown
  3. Select No Case to detach

Deleting Conversations​

To delete a conversation:

  1. Hover over the conversation in the sidebar
  2. Click the trash icon
  3. Confirm the deletion

Note: Deleted conversations cannot be recovered.

Exporting Conversations (Coming Soon)​

Soon you'll be able to export conversations:

  • Export to PDF for printing or sharing
  • Export to Markdown for use in other tools
