Signing In

Access your Second Seat account.

First-Time Login​

If your firm has set up Second Seat:

  1. Go to app.secondseat.ai
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter the email address your firm administrator provided
  4. Check your email for a verification link
  5. Click the link to complete sign-in

Returning Users​

  1. Go to app.secondseat.ai
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Click Sign In

Password Reset​

Forgot your password?

  1. Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for reset instructions
  4. Create a new password

Troubleshooting​

"Account not found"​

Contact your firm administrator to ensure you've been added to the account.

"Invalid password"​

Use the password reset flow to create a new password.

Not receiving emails​

Check your spam folder or contact support@secondseat.ai.
